SUMMARY:Feral Fairy - A One-Day Movement Workshop
DESCRIPTION:A full day of dance\, embodiment\, creativity and community in the Himalayas — designed especially for women who want to reconnect with their bodies\, move freely and explore different sides of themselves.

\nFeral Fairy takes you through three feminine archetypes — The Wild Woman\, The Goddess and The Fairy — using movement\, belly dance\, creative practices\, rituals and group experiences.
\n
\nYou’ll move between being raw and grounded\, sensual and intentional\, playful and light — without needing to perform or “be good at dancing.” No prior dance experience or particular fitness level is required.
\n
\nThe workshop is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life\, get out of your head and spend a day moving\, creating and connecting with other women.
\n
\nExpect:
\n- Belly dance and embodied movement practices
\n- Creative exploration and rituals
\n- Practices focused on the hips\, spine\, legs and core
\n- Community and sisterhood
\n- A celebratory dance party to close the day
\n
\nThe workshop is facilitated by Naïma\, a certified conscious movement and embodiment facilitator\, and Annora\, an educator\, designer and facilitator of belly dance and feminine flow.
