SUMMARY:Día de Muertos: Death\, Rebirth & Ancestral Remembrance
DESCRIPTION:An evening inspired by Día de Muertos\, the Mexican tradition of remembering and honouring the dead\, through ritual\, reflection and stillness.
\n
\nBring a small object representing something from your past that you are ready to release or transform: a person\, a relationship\, an old habit\, a memory or a former version of yourself. The objects will be placed on a shared altar for remembrance and letting go.
\n
\nSoham draws on her Mexican heritage and ancestral traditions\, weaving shamanic practices and inner exploration into her work as a hypnotherapist. Anjaneya explores simplified living and metacognition through Tantra\, Yoga and Eastern wisdom. Together\, they invite a thoughtful space for remembrance and renewal.
