I did forest bathing and a small hike with Neha and Rohit! Beautiful experience. Lovely people. Forest bathing was mostly about activating the sense organs through some activities that they made us do and also practicing mindfulness. Was amazing to connect with nature. Highly recommend them if you wanna do trails in and around Bir.

I have attended there moon journey twice. It is more than just seeing the moon with a telescope, the experience is more about connecting with the cosmos. Getting to know some of the heavenly objects that our lives have been blessed with. Being able to comprehend the stuff up their. One goes through a deeply profound experience.

What an amazing and refreshing experience. Connecting with your senses deeply and taking in the forest was a great way to start my morning. The energy stayed with me for days!
