About the event
We are overjoyed and deeply honored to welcome a true pioneer to Thosamling this August! Join us for a powerful, intensive four-day exploration of the bedrock of Buddhist philosophy.
The Four Noble Truths
When: 13th August – 16th August (Extended Weekend)
Led by: Geshema Kelsang Wangmo
📖 About the Retreat
Coinciding with India’s Independence Day, this retreat shifts the focus from external independence to ultimate inner freedom.
The Four Noble Truths provide a precise psychological blueprint for modern living. Rather than focusing purely on abstract theory, this course bridges classical wisdom with the modern mindset, teaching you how to break old patterns, understand the roots of daily difficulties, and apply practical methods for real inner transformation.
Each session will include:
Clear, structured philosophy explanations
Interactive group discussions and Q&A time
Guided meditations in a peaceful, supportive environment
