A group sitting in Subhanjali's studio that uses art to let the mind rest and to connect with your inner world. You are guided into a meditative state, then express through colours, shapes and patterns, and reflect on what you find.

The thinking behind it: feeling safe in your own centre needs an open connection with yourself. When that connection is severed we experience unease, physical blocks and nervous system imbalance. In Subhanjali's words: "I need a space to simply 'be'."
