Location
About this experience
Village life at its own pace, around a Himachali family's chulha. An unhurried, hearty meal is cooked over a wood fire with what's fresh and seasonal. From the kitchen you walk through the fields of Gunehar to a working gharaat, a water-powered flour mill, and end at Himbucha, where kombucha is brewed in a mud house, with a tasting.
