Grow With The Land

A hands-on workshop in permaculture and natural farming for anyone who wants to grow their own food and understand the ecology behind farming. It runs at two levels and is built on learning by doing: you work with soil, seeds, plants, compost, water and biodiversity, and leave with the confidence and skills to grow your own food.

It is hosted at Shunya Farm by Seeds and Deeds, which the host calls Bir's oldest permaculture site, and facilitated by Jeewika Bhat, founder of Seeds and Deeds.

• Basic: 5 days, half-day sessions, 1–5 October 2026. Builds a foundation in natural farming and permaculture.
• Advanced: 5 days, full-day sessions, 17–21 October 2026. Deepens the practice through ecological farm systems and applied learning.
