A gentle one-day space for women to reconnect with their voice, body and natural expression through singing.
Together we will explore:
✨ voice and sound
✨ breath and relaxation
✨ releasing tension and opening the voice
✨ singing as a way to express emotions
✨ improvisation, movement and playful exploration
✨ songs, harmonies and sounds from different traditions
✨ finding more confidence, depth and freedom in your own voice
No previous singing experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
