Swami Gyan Nirupam leads a movement-based meditation retreat drawing on Gurdjieff's choreographed sacred dances. Participants use the movements to examine habitual patterns and bring attention to body, mind and feeling; the program also includes Osho Dynamic, Kundalini and White Robe meditations. It is offered in English and welcomes beginners. Arrive on 24 March by 4 pm; departure is after 2 pm on 31 March.
