Ladakh Winter Ice Climb Training 2027

An eight-day technical climbing course run by Trek Nomads out of Leh, built for trekkers who want the skills for a first 5,000m+ summit. It runs over 7 nights and 8 days on the frozen waterfalls of a Ladakhi winter, and covers:

• Crampon and ice-axe technique
• Movement on ice, on top-rope and low-angled slopes
• Ropework, belaying and rappelling
• Ice-screw placement and anchor building
• Safety protocols and self-rescue
