Día de Muertos: Death, Rebirth & Ancestral Remembrance
About the event
An evening inspired by Día de Muertos, the Mexican tradition of remembering and honouring the dead, through ritual, reflection and stillness.
Bring a small object representing something from your past that you are ready to release or transform: a person, a relationship, an old habit, a memory or a former version of yourself. The objects will be placed on a shared altar for remembrance and letting go.
Soham draws on her Mexican heritage and ancestral traditions, weaving shamanic practices and inner exploration into her work as a hypnotherapist. Anjaneya explores simplified living and metacognition through Tantra, Yoga and Eastern wisdom. Together, they invite a thoughtful space for remembrance and renewal.
