About this workshop
Explore flow arts, yogic movements, stretches, body-weight conditioning and prop coordination with Firerajaa, also known as Jeet. The practice draws on traditional akhada methods, bamboo staff (lathi) work and yoga principles. Sessions take place indoors or outdoors. Limited slots: reserve at least one day in advance.
