Shinrin - Yoku

A forest bathing session, for families and children as well as adults. 'Shinrin-yoku' is the Japanese name for forest bathing; the host calls it forest 'chi'-bathing, a way of using nature's energy (Qi, pronounced 'chi') to balance our own and find health, happiness and wellness among the trees.

It runs on both days, from 6:30 to 8:30 am, followed by breakfast together at a cafe near the Landing Site (pay for your own).

Meeting point: the Chaugan–Sansal road junction near Tathastu Camp Trail. From there the group drives or rides down together to a point near DREAMATION (Ghornala) and starts the forest walk.
